Introduction to Digraph
Digraph is an AI visibility intelligence platform. It records how tracked AI systems answer the questions that matter to your brand, then connects those answers to prompts, competitors, citations, and operational work.
What Digraph helps you do
Use Digraph to establish a repeatable view of your brand in AI answers. Start with the questions buyers ask, compare results across platforms and competitors, identify the sources appearing in answers, and use the evidence to prioritize work.
- Measure visibility, mentions, recommendations, sentiment, and share of voice.
- Inspect individual answers, prompts, source domains, and competitor movement.
- Run analysis, audits, and operational workflows from the same brand context.
How data moves through the product
A tracker contains the active prompts and platform configuration for one brand. Completed prompt runs create answer-level records, including extracted mentions and citations. Digraph aggregates those records by platform and day for reporting.
- Configure a brand and at least one tracker.
- Add, generate, or import prompts.
- Review answers and source evidence after completed runs.
- Use daily and platform rollups to compare change over time.
Start with the core guides
New teams should first set up a tracker and prompts, then read the metrics reference before using comparisons to make a decision. This keeps each result tied to its scope and denominator.
- Set up tracking
- Understand metrics and dimensions
- Read answers and investigate sources
- Compare competitors and prioritize action
