Set up your first tracker

A tracker is the monitoring unit for a brand. It connects active prompts, configured AI platforms, daily runs, and the metrics displayed throughout Digraph.

Create a reliable monitoring scope for a brand and the questions it needs to answer.

Before you begin

Decide which brand or market scope you are measuring. Keep the initial scope narrow enough that a movement in the data can be investigated by a real person.

  • Confirm the brand name and primary domain.
  • Define the competitor set you want to compare.
  • Choose prompts that reflect buyer, category, comparison, and recommendation intent.

What to check after the first run

Open Answers to inspect raw response context, then review Prompts and Sources. Confirm that the tracked brand, platforms, and competitor references match your intended monitoring scope before acting on aggregate metrics.
