Data, privacy, and security
Digraph keeps monitoring data scoped to the organization and tracker context that produced it. The product supports analysis, not unsupported claims about causality, market-wide behavior, or future answer outcomes.
Data boundaries
Tracked prompts, runs, mentions, citations, and aggregates belong to the configured organization, brand, and tracker context. Exported data preserves these dimensions so downstream reporting can keep the same scope.
Interpretation and limitations
AI answers can change because of platform behavior, prompt context, models, sources, timing, or other factors outside a team’s control. Digraph reports observed outputs from its configured monitoring scope; it does not establish causality or guarantee a future recommendation.
Privacy and access
Use role-based access and organization-scoped API keys to limit data exposure. Do not put API keys, answer exports, or proprietary source material in public channels. Consult the applicable privacy and legal notices for contractual terms.
