Track
Answers, prompts, and platforms
The Track area is where you inspect the questions and AI outputs behind Digraph’s monitoring metrics.
Answers
Use Answers to inspect tracked responses before drawing conclusions from aggregates. Look for the answer text, platform context, extracted mentions, recommendation classification, citations, and the prompt that generated the result.
Prompts and prompt volumes
Prompts are the stable unit of recurring measurement. Prompt Volumes provides demand context where available; it does not replace a completed answer run or prove that a given answer represents all user demand.
- Use prompt status to control whether a prompt participates in scheduled monitoring.
- Keep region and language aligned when comparing prompt performance.
- Use categories and topics to organize a large monitoring set.
AI platforms
AI Platforms separates results by the system and model that generated the answer. Compare platform results only when the prompt set and time window are aligned; different systems may respond with different formats and source behavior.
