Turn evidence into content priorities

Content priorities should start from observed gaps, not from a generic AI recommendation. Digraph links planning artifacts to brand, tracker, topic, and prompt context so the original evidence remains reviewable.

Use prompts, answers, sources, and audit findings to prepare a defensible content brief.

Collect the evidence

Select the prompt or topic, then capture the platform, answer outcome, cited sources, competitor context, and any relevant audit finding. State what the data shows and what it does not show.

Frame the brief

Define the audience question, content purpose, factual sources, required subject-matter review, and success metric. Do not claim that a page will change a future AI answer; describe the coverage or evidence gap it addresses.

Validate impact

Monitor the same prompt set after publication and compare it with a clearly stated baseline. Keep content impact separate from unrelated platform, competitor, or configuration changes.
