Investigate an alert
Check the affected tracker, metric date, platforms, and prompts. Compare the new result with the prior reporting period, then read the answer and source evidence that contributed to the change.
From signal to action
When a change is material and understood, create or update a task with the supporting evidence. If the result cannot be explained from the available data, document the uncertainty rather than assigning a causal explanation.
