The headline prices measure different workloads
Scope’s public agency and pricing pages describe Starter at $25/month for one business and Growth from $79/month for unlimited businesses, while Digraph lists Standard at $99/month for 30 prompts and one brand and Pro at $249/month for 300 prompts and three brands. A business slot is not a prompt allowance. Calculate the prompts, engines, markets, collection cadence, answer storage, and users your team needs before comparing the monthly totals.
Resolve the Scope plan and white-label discrepancy
Scope’s agency page says Growth supports agencies with unlimited businesses and explicitly says Scope does not currently offer white-labeling. Its separate billing-and-plans page lists an Agency plan at $249/month for 10 businesses with white-label, client reports, and team management. Treat those as conflicting public claims. Ask Scope for the current plan matrix, effective date, business limit, white-label status, and whether reports are branded or simply exportable.
Compare score simplicity with answer evidence
Scope positions a 0–100 visibility score, competitor gaps, daily updates, and prioritized action plans as an easy client story. Digraph’s public materials emphasize the prompt, full answer, cited URL, source domain, competitor context, and follow-up analysis behind a finding. Use the same buyer questions in both products and record how a reviewer moves from an aggregate score to the actual answer and source that created it.
Test the agency workflow end to end
Scope describes unlimited seats, multi-business dashboards, client-ready reports, an Optimization Agent, and MCP or CLI access on higher plans. Digraph lists three brands on Pro and unlimited brands on Enterprise, with public-plan reports and exports. Test onboarding, permissions, client separation, exports, API or MCP fields, scheduling, and the effort needed to explain a missed recommendation without over-promising a ranking.
Run a controlled side-by-side pilot
Use the same brand, competitors, markets, language, prompt set, active engines, collection window, and reporting format. Record full answers, score definitions, brand position, competitor mentions, citations, cited URLs, source domains, refresh time, checks consumed, and exports. Compare one recurring report and one verified follow-up action before choosing the operating model.
